Additional Delivery Information
Dispatch Times: We normally despatch all orders the same day when placed before 4:00 pm (after processing and receiving payment).
Timescale Changes: We aim to meet these delivery timescales but will always contact customers should we envisage a delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
Working Days: All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days (Mon – Fri, excluding public holidays).
Postage and Packaging (P&P) Cost: The cost is dependent on the weight and value of an order and is displayed automatically in your basket. We only charge delivery once per order, even if we send you multiple parcels.
Safe Place Deliveries: Any orders requested to be left in a safe place are considered delivered upon drop off. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods as a result of safe place delivery theft or damage.
