Ultra Concentrated TFR
A fantastic solution for high volume wash stations and extreme cleaning.
What is it? Big Red is a high performance traffic film and grease remover, supplied as an ultra-concentrate. The 5L can be diluted to make 200L (50 gallons) of ready to use TFR which then be run through an injection system or used via a manual pump sprayer, snowfoam lance or similar.
What's it made from? Big Red is made from environmentally conscious material and is 89% biodegradable. When diluted, it is non-caustic or corrosive and safe on most materials except untreated or unpainted metals/aluminum.
What are the features? Big Red allows you to essentially transport a 200L barrel of TFR anywhere in a 5L ultra-concentrate form, then add water on-site to create the final product. After all nobody wants to pay for water, do they?
How does it fit into the wash process? Use as part of the pre-washing process, to remove heavy road grime, salt, grit, and traffic film build-up. Big Red should be sprayed over the vehicle without pre-rinsing, allowed to dwell for up to 5 mins then pressure rinsed of to remove up to 95% of visible dirt. Alternatively, you can use in conjunction with a foam system and brush, this is particularly effective for curtain sides and larger vehicles where an extended dwell time is required.
