Sometimes we get returns, not often but it does happen. In some cases, there is nothing wrong with a product. Or perhaps the item has a non-essential part missing but still works ok. Also we often have "imperfect" products, the kind of thing where a label has a bit of damage or the colour or consistency isn't exactly as desired yet is perfectly good to use. interested?
Our returns boxes are very limited! We cannot guarantee when more will be available.
Boxes have a value much higher than the sale price.
We do not reveal what's in each box, it's a gamble on what you will get. So if you need something specific this isn't for you.
All goods in the boxes are in serviceable, working, and useable condition. they may have signs of use or minor wear. products may be classed as "imperfect" which means they are useable but may be a different colour, in different packaging or have another change that deviates them away from the standard product but are still perfectly fine for use. The boxes will never contain old or heavily used tools or equipment, only new or as new.

UK Mainland
- Standard (Orders over £50): Free, 1–2 working days.
- Standard (Orders under £50): £3.95, 1–2 working days (cost varies by weight/value).
- Next Day: £5.95 for orders placed before 4:00 pm; full tracking provided. Excludes Highland and remote areas.
Highland & Remote Areas
Variable cost; typically 2–3 working days. Next Day delivery not available due to courier limitations.
Northern Ireland
Variable cost and delivery times; no Next Day option. Potential delays related to Brexit; orders may be cancelled and refunded if issues occur.

- Orders placed before 4:00 pm are usually dispatched the same day.
- Delivery times are estimates based on working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
