What is it? This one of a kind synthetic paste wax is designed specifically for plastic and rubber substrates. it provides a fast, easy no-mess application that will last for 3-6 months. Rubber & Plastic wax provides you with a long-lasting OEM finish with no added dyes or pigments, that beads water and dirt just like a traditional wax for your paintwork.
What's it made from? This clever synthetic wax is derived from modified polyethylene and several polymers, combined with a humectant that works to preserve a natural level of moisture within the surface of the plastic and helps to retain the natural colour and finish, without the need to add dyes or artificial colour enhancements.
What are the features? Plastic and Rubber Wax can be applied to plastics or rubber to provide a dramatic improvement in appearance while also creating a barrier effect against rain, dirt, and dust. The wax needs to be applied in a thin layer, gently worked in, and then allowed to cure for around 10 minutes, and requires no removal or buffing. Making it extremely easy to use. The water behavior after it has cured is nothing short of impressive, and the finish is dry and does not attract dust.
How does it fit into the wash process? Plastic and Rubber Wax is best applied to clean, dry materials only, this allows you to work the product into the area most effectively. We recommend cleaning plastics and rubber with APX all purpose cleaner for best results or if you suspect a previous dressing may still remain on the surface.
